Thus, as an alternative, a lightly moderated forum is now at http://www.fzaoint.org/publicforum/ intended as a public discussion area of FZ related topics as distinct from the fzaoint board at www.fzaoint.org/bb which is for fzaoint and scientology related discussion.

Since he owns and controls the domain of fzaoint, he blocked the webmaster from access, and changed the links.

However, the fzaoint yahoo group was owned by me. Ralph was holding Qual Sec, BB was holding Dist Sec hats. They both decided with a couple other folks to operate under the name of fzaoint, mock up a new org bd, and so forth.

The site www.fzint.org was set up last time Paul M. went crazy as a backup. We didn't pursue it too heavily as things seemed to get better.

As I said I have an interface from Nic Ford for testing the input through a serial interface. So far its just been the interface. I have yet to hook up an actual meter through the interface but just used a simple simulator.

I've finished the coding now to the stage of what one could call a beta version. Everything works on my computer except for a few stupid crashes when one tries to start recording while in the middle of playing back or silly things like that which people are bound to do occasionally.

I built a buffer for one of my meters today to feed into the interface so will be able to record and playback actual session data. When I've recorded a few sessions I'll web a demo version.

It won't be today though as my mother-in-law to be turned up earlier with some excellent bottles of home made wine.

So what should one say to those who would look into the works of Hubbard or those who are recruited by the body routers of the Church of Scientology?

Point them to the lessons of History. Ask them to look at the men in the past who were similar to Hubbard and those who were different. Have them look at the creations of the men who were similar to Hubbard and those who were different. Have them look at the characteristics of the groups and philosophies created by men of similar temperament to Hubbard.

Have them read history books and philosophy books and psychology books.

Have them look at the internet and read the criticisms of Hubbard and the success stories.

Show them that there were many in the past who believed that there was only one true way and that they had found it and have them follow up the consequences of true belief in that founder.

Give them a nuclear bomb proof bullshit detector.

As I see it if one accepts a PC for auditing then during the course of that auditing one has a responsibility not to take sexual, or any other, advantage of the vulnerability of the PC. One also has a responsibility to handle what Freud called transference phenomena wherein the PC can misidentify the auditor with a past respected or authoritative terminal.
