Confidentiality OPERATING THETA COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE OTCO POLICY LETTER OF 9 May 2000 All Staff Hats CONFIDENTIALITY Per list charter, part of the purpose of the list is to protect the identity of Revenius, and by extension, any other member who wishes to remain anon for any reason. All list members have agreed to this by virtue of their application to become a list member, and or receiving raw input from other members of the list. New members will be required to read and agree before inclusion. Much as pc folders are a personal, confidential record of a beings innermost thoughts and difficulties, this list may include personal details that have no place in broader communication lines. Any and all communications of a personal nature are to be given the same respect as a persons pc folder. Any being found to be transmitting personal data to anyone outside of the group for personal gain, harassment, or embarrassment, without the explicit consent of the person or persons involved will be subject to immediate removal from the list. Per Charter, any being may petition to join the list. If a person removed from the list by reason of violation of confidentiality wishes to submit petition to rejoin, they may do so to the ethics officer per LRH standard tech ethics polices. There is no intention here to exclude any being who honestly wishes to help, or whom has accidentaly erred. Ethics has to be in before Tech can go in. If Ethics has failed, then it becomes a justice matter.
