While cruising through the "New Excalibur" section of the CBR data that I have, I found THIS: Lawrence West 18 April AD 40 TTA on the document "INCIDENT TWO AND INCIDENT ONE ORDER OF MAGNITUDE" which exists in the 'regular' 'Excalibur' folder also, but is UNSIGNED.
