Out creating the mest universe

I used to not know about making space, or about putting up mock ups, or about resolving "can'ts", but I still thought that I knew Scientology. Negative gain processing like running engrams does have limitations because it doesn't put any strong accent on ability. In my opinion, you need both. Mest experience is often relied upon as a test of case gain, as in "how did your day go after you were processed. " or worse, flows, like "how much money did you mkae". or 'ENTER IN TO FLOWS TO TEST YOUR ABILITY....WHAM."But ask the guy who just had processing to put up a mock up, and he might say "Wow, I have so much control over it, and I can make so much space that isn't even dependant upon the mest universe space, and I can hold it very stable." Mock up processing maight not be the only answer, and it may have drawbacks, but the guy who can't imagine an elephant, in a block of space without it turning pink on it's own, has an inability, and mock up processing is a direct assessment and handling of that inability. But I can tell you that when the reac tive bank is heavy, mock-up processing doesn't work like it's supposed to. But doing it gives a good stable datum to the preclear on what the objective is, what the goal is, and that is the ability to out create this universe, to be able to totally handle or even sidestep flows. THE ACCENT SHOULD ALWAYS BE ON ABILITY. There is NO inability . Ability to handle mock ups, ability to handle force. Self determinism, not just the comprimised self determinism of the old prayer "know what I can change and the widom to know the difference", but self determinism. Head in theat direction, or else it's like the old joke about the guy who is says that he's looking for a quarter in the living room even thought he lost it in the kitchen, because "the light is better in here".

I read Pauls write up on incident 2. In listenting to the PDC lectures there are a few quotes that made me suspect that ROn knew about incident 2 when he did the PDC lectures. He's always talking about the sales pitch of someone giving you anchor points.

What I meant to say is that there is NO inability that is not a liablity.
