I found a link on A.R.S. to a new solo clearing course. It belongs in the clearing-board but I couldnt post there so I do it here.

Hi:
While you're at it, check out this url: Http://NAP.fanspace.com/
This is the home of the Emoclear transformational clearing processes. These processes transform their target feelings, beliefs, and physical sensations into their polar opposites. In the process the viewer often winds up in an essence or satori state. There are no restims or abreactions involved because of the way the processes are engineered with energy work.
They can clear in dreams and they can clear stacke of material at once. Steve Mensing, the guy who designed them, gives the recipes away free like the Pilot. The guy's been called the Mozart of tech. There's a pile of free tech there now and the body is growing. The stuff is utterly fantastic. My favorites are the M.G., the D.I.E., the Circuit Breaker. There's even this thing called the Dreamstate Creator that creates false memory syndrome like events incase you want to install something. Lots of great info there too. Highly recommended to any hardcore techees.

The HTTP://NAP.Fanspace.com/
was an extremely useful recommendation. I used the Meridian Grasp, The Circuit Breaker, and something called the D.I.E. I have never experienced any clearing like this. This stuff is extremely powerful. Whoever put this together really knew what they were doing. I consistently was thrown into very strong and firm core states.
My targets flipped over into their complete polar opposites. Two friends I told this site about were completely blown away by the speed and effectiveness of these very weird cutting edge clearers. I see the Electronic Journal of Traumatolgy and Peter Shepherd list it too.
The stuff is called Emoclear. It's really quite mindblowing to say the least. There's lots of interesting information on that site. Thanks for telling us about this site. I had absolutely no trouble accessing it with the url posted. It works.

Kyle, That website was freakish. I did two of the clearing techs there and they blew me away with their speed and power. One of them put me into a state of conscious dreaming after I cracked open a feeling. I would not recommend that site to the faint of heart. Someone should link that site to the Freezone. It is very valuable. I've done lots of standard tech. This Emoclear stuff is very unusual. It's all detailed out there like the Pilot's books and free.
Thanks, Don Lemser

Kyle, Paul, & Don:
I ran that Emoclear and got some pretty impressive gains. It's not straight line that's for sure. Once you get that grasp down in the M.G. it really flies. Do you guys get mini-jolts in your hands. That happened to me the first few go arounds.

Yeah I went to that site and saw so much stuff that I got discouraged. I guess I'll have to go back and find some of the processes. You get discouraged when you see a ton of stuff that looks like a $cientology clone. Did you guys do this with out the aid of a meter?

Eternity: I don't have any idea what you were looking at, but the stuff I saw had no resemblance at all to any Scientology tech I've ever seen. I've been associated with the Church since the 60's and was an auditor for quite a time. The materials on the NAP page are not Scientology in the slightest. Ron never worked with energy processes in his life. Take a closer look. This is not squirrel tech--this is totally original. Ron never had had grasps, circular breathing, or odd tapping procedures. This Emoclear stuff is other worldly. Really do check it out. You're doing a grave disservice to your fellow beings to make those statements about clonedom. Not happening.
I worked with this stuff with an Ability meter and it clears powerfully and swiftly. I really liked the Meridian Grasp, the D.I.E., the Vortex, and the Circuit Breaker. Straight line clearing is slowboat compared to this stuff.

I'll go take a closer look at it. I looked at it very briefly and I just figured the core of it was something like Scientology. Sorry. What is it supposed to do for you anyway?

Eternity:
You really don't need a meter to do the Emoclear tech.
It's true there's a lot of material there. Some of it's articles. Some of it's drills to get people back to feelings and they're cool. The real turn ons are:
The Meridian Grasp which combines an odd head hold drawing on the major confluence of all the meridians into the frontal cortex and into the occipital lobe. This turns on stuff and yet makes viewing extremely safe from restims.
Add to this is that the process utilizes circular breathing which generates lots of feeling and brings up material spontaneously. After a clear or two you pop into an essence/satori state where you will litterally start clearing in conscious dreaming. It truly is freakish and powerful. This process can be done in the energy only mode or the feeling-oriented mode. When it clears, it clears into the polar opposite of what you started out with. The guy who created it Steve Mensing also created some other freakish stuff which is drawing tech freaks from all over the world. A lot of people are saying he's the first great tech builder since Ron. His Emoclear processes are very much different from Scientology. There's no squirrel in it. He gives the stuff away. There's stuff going up on that page every week or so. There's a forum page there. A lot of Freezoners know Steve and hang out there. He's a really great guy. His brain is through the roof, but he doesn't flaunt it.
The Circuit Breaker is another process which uses a different head hold, breathwork, a heart region hold, and a weird head tapping that blows out case big time.
Theres a Drop into Essnce (D.I.E)that is feelings-oriented and pops you into a very powerful essence state.
There's a Vortex, an Eraser, a Clear 5 which also clear powerfully too.
There's something called a Dreamstate Creator which you can use to install a vision or experience you would like to have. The thing creates something akin to a false memory syndrome. Only it's something you want.
The Grok Drills are extremely incredible.
Those clearers on that page bring you to a deep sense of wholeness and completeness. The processes are really cutting edge.

Hey Frank! I checked out some of the drills there like the circuit breaker and the meridian grasp. But they mentioned every time something called circular breathing. What is that?

I was a little disappointed. I tried the MG for a couple hours (not all at once) being very careful about the grasp and the breathing. Didn't seem to do much.

Eternity: The circular breathing descriptions are right in the directions for the Circuit Breaker and the M.G.
Circular breathing is also described in the heading under Breathwork exploration. Even alone the circular breathing, if done correctly will blow out a target easy. The head grasps add to the effect and focus energy in the frontal and occipital cortex.
Dexter: You're a rareity. Share your challenge with the people on their forum and they'll show you how to run it. Anyone who does that quickly learns how to do it correctly.
The major difficulties that people have are:
1. Not following directions precisely.
2. Targeting the wrong stuff. Example: they go right for a compulsion instead of the underlying feelings that drive it.
3. Some people are dissociated and thus have to learn how to contact their feelings first.
4. Having the intention of trying to get rid of a feeling, belief, or physical sensation instead of allowing it to be there.
5. There unconscious desires to keep target because of its use.
6. People coming over from a certain org. are told their methods were the end of case. These persons tend to lock down at first.
7. Doing those two methods in the energy only mode and failing to notice the targets multiple aspects and related incidents. This creates the illusion of the challenge still be there when various aspects have already been blown out.
8. Gripping their heads too tightly.
However, that forum will be the best place to seek information. I have yet to see anyone come out there for whom those processes haven't worked after some problem solving. Many, many people have reported huge gains.

Paul et al, I was very impressed with that tech. Several friends and I have run it here at Cal Berkeley with great results. You're right though. Any great tech can be temporarily blocked.

Loved this Emoclear stuff. The Cortical Incident Runner added an energy twist to straight line viewing and gobbled up incidents from start to finish. The guy who put this stuff together knows what he's doing. Very powerful. There was a drill called the Space Synchrony Drill which really disoriented me. It was like my mind blinked out and I became a witness.
Someone asked about Circular Breathing. They recently inserted a primer up on the NAP page giving more detail how to do it correctly.

Thanks guys for mentioning NAP. The stuff is awsome. It's all mostly solo except the GrokFrill which you can do either way. I would up dreaming and clearing in the C.I.R.
