To those of you who are interested in improvement (moving up the bridge -- to those stuck in an old paradigm),
Ed has the comm formula down. The man knows how to communicate. Just talking to him blows charge. I am not sure where he is going with his counseling services, I haven't talked to him in months, but I am sure that the co-processing sessions he talks about above will be great.
To those of you who are in the field, but not reaching, for whatever reason, get in contact with Ed -- I think you will like that decision. Make this a first step.
