Hi Dennis,

I left the Sea Org in 82 and was declared after I said I was leaving.

In 1983 I requested and was given a review comm-ev. The comm-ev agreed
that my declare was unjust and sent their recommendations to IJC.

In the meantime I talked with several others who had left and from the
data I then had decided that I no longer wished to continue in any
affiliation with the CofS. I wrote a letter of resignation from the
CofS. I also wrote a condition assignment on the CofS as a whole
assigning it a condition of treason due to its betrayal of trust and
forwarded that to the IJC.

Heidrun wrote a query of orders on my "SP declare". That was her
independent decision and was not done at my request.

If individual members of the CofS wish to apply for upgrading from the
condition then they may do so by submitting the conditions formula to
me.

The CofS does not have the authority to cancel my "SP declare" as it
itself has become a suppressive organization.

The Sea Org was created using the symbology from OT3. The members of
the Sea Org are dressed in the uniforms of the people that Hubbard
said perpetrated the incident described in the OT3 materials.
Thus even within the cosmology of Scientology it cannot be anything
but a suppressive organization.

I hope this clarifies matters.

I do realize, of course, that your posting was just a testing of
