I would expect him to wait until he is old enough to take legal control
before announcing himself. He would do so in a very public way that would
make such actions difficult. Then he would start issuing "advices" to the
CofS while leaving the existing management in place. If he planned to
replace them I think he would wait until he had firmly established a group
of close adherents.
