Its unclear as to why you think "safe" should accept your assignment. If a
person accepts the jurisdiction of ethics officers to evaluate for them then
they can make that decision and render themselves subject to such dictates.
Some people such as "safe" and myself and many others have found that
allowing ethics officers, who are often robotically trained within an
oppressive environment, to evaluate the one's operating conditions is
contra-survival.
Sometimes, in an out-ethics environment, the good guys leave and only those
who are in agreement with the unethical situation remain.
There are 2 situations which people leave:
1. They are bad guys in an ethical environment.
2. They are good guys in an unethical environment.
In both cases they find it necessary to withhold so one could say that they
blow because of missed withholds. But one would have to examine the
environment which they left to really decide whether their action was
ethical or not.
