Creed of the United Free Zone Fellowship 

We affirm that understanding of God and self-understanding are
interdependent. 

We affirm that God is of a spiritual nature, with infinite attributes.

We affirm that the infinite attributes of God include but are not
limited to: 

	LOVE                                WISDOM
	HONESTY                        INSPIRATION                  HARMONY
	FRIENDLINESS                   DISCERNMENT                  INTUITIVENESS
	JUSTICE                        IMMORTALITY                  COURAGE
	COMPASSION                       INTEGRITY                  LEADERSHIP
	FRIENDLINESS 

We affirm that humanity  was created in the image of God, an image
being a duplication, a perfect copy, or a reflection of the original. 

We affirm that mankind  is possessed of freedom of choice and aspires
to and has the potential to attain all the attributes of the Prime
Creator that mankind is a reflection of. 

We affirm that to be in affinity with God it is necessary to emulate
the attributes of God.

We affirm that the failure to emulate God is the basis of sin and that
the degradation of this potential in self and others is the source of
alienation and darkness. 

We affirm that  the restoration and exercise of this potential through
the process of living places one in affinity with God and allows the
spiritual power within oneself to flow forth. 


 The   United   Free   Zone   Alliance,  (UFZA),  as  presently
 structured, is a world-wide coalition, compromised of present and
 past  staff  members  of  the  Church  of Scientology and the Sea
 Organization, present and past Church of Scientology members, and
 non-Scientology  groups  and  individuals  who  share  our common
 concerns.

   Areas of interest and activities presently  include,  but  are
 not limited to:

   A  pragmatic,  non-dogmatic  approach to the subject matter of
 Scientology and Dianetics, carried on in a free and  open  forum,
 in a civil and objective manner.


Eradication  of  corruption,  abuse  of technology and Ethics
  procedures, and the correction of  past  injustices  within  the
  Church.


A systematic and objective review of the works  and  writings
 of L. Ron Hubbard, including the lower and upper levels.

   Facilitating  the  re-integration  back  into  the  society  of
 disaffected  Scientology  staff  and   Church   members,   in   a
 non-hostile and non-evaluative manner.

   Serving  as  a  source  for  mediation  and  reconciliation for
 present  and  former  Church  members  whose  relationships  with
 friends  and  family  have  been  adversely affected by virtue of
 their membership  or  the  notoriety  of  Church  of  Scientology
 activities, real or imagined.

   Maintaining  and  disseminating  the  findings  of  the ongoing
 inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the re-organization of
 the  Church  of  Scientology  in  1982, and the events before and
 after the death of the Founder, L. R. Hubbard.

   Establishing  a  monitor  system  to  safeguard  against   the
 encroachment  of religious indoctrination and religious practices
 into the public sector, in the countries  that  provide  for  the
 separation of Church and State within their Constitution.

   Promoting,  supporting,  disseminating  and  field testing, the
 development of an eclectic methodology for  increasing  spiritual
 awareness  and  potential,  including the establishment of modern
 data base systems available within the public  domain,  utilizing
 the voluntary resources made available to the Alliance..

   Maintaining  a  world-wide  communication network for the rapid
 alerting of the Alliance of potential  threats  from  groups  and
 individuals antipathetic to the activities of the Alliance.

   Any other such activities as  may  be  lawful  and  within  the
 purview of the Alliance.

   Today, 18 November 1994,  the Founding committee of trustees of
the  UNITED  FREE  ZONE  FELLOWSHIP (UFZF)  executed the papers to
establish UFZF as  an  independent  Church/Religious  organization  in
the   United  States. This will be a bona-fide Church in every
respect.

* UFZF will be International and Universal in nature.

* Founded in the United States, we will be afforded all  Rights
 and  Privileges  of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights,
 enhanced by the 1993 Restoration of Religious Freedom Act.

* Membership will  be  open  to  all  sentient  beings,  former
 Scientologists and never-been Scientologists alike, who aspire to
 or  are  currently  active  in  spiritual  counseling  in   their
 communities.

*  The Board of Trustees will be comprimised of private persons
 from the countries of  members,  democratically  elected  by  their
 peers.  Periodic  elections  will  be  held  to afford others the
 opportunity to serve.

*  The  UNITED  FREE ZONE FELLOWSHIP will consider applications
 for ordination. A credentials committee will establish  standards
for  ordained  ministers and solicit proposals for standards from the
membership.

*  Members  will  be  invited and encouraged to submit original
religious  and  spiritual  essays  and  religious  and  spiritual
exercises,  rites,  and  practices for inclusion in the religious
archives of UFZF.

*  The  religious/spiritual  Scriptures  of   UFZF   will   be
 comprimised  of  the  sum  total  of  the  essays  and  spiritual
 exercises submitted by its membership. As no one man  or  no  one
 religion  has  a  monopoly on Spiritual Freedom, we reject a SOLE
 SOURCE and will be eclectic in nature.

* UFZF will exercises all Rights and  Privileges  afforded  by
 the  United  States  Constitution and the Bill of Rights and ward
 off any attempts to involve the Civil Courts  in  disputes  of  a
 spiritual or religious nature.

*  UFZF  will consider the establishment of a seminary for the
 education of prospective ministers and counselors, and utilize modern
electronic communication systems in additon to in-resident programs.

*  UFZF  Religious/Spiritual  Scriptures will be in the public
 domain and copyrightism, trademarkism, and trade  secretism  will
 not be a part of the religious philosophy.

*  UFZF  rejects  all  forms of Dogmatism and an Authoritarian
 hierarchy of leadership. A democratic and grass-roots approach to
 self-enpowerment will be its core.

*  UFZF  will maintain friendly alliances with sentient beings
 and organizations in other areas of the  Universe  and  encourage
 religious/spiritual interaction.
