However, he is extremely envious of EE and other Sources (Big thetans, who apply Tech, Policy, & Ethics and get out of his traps. He has now, in his usual 1.1.1.1.1.--- manner started taking over the ideas of "independents" (not Free Zoners), about "upper levels" and is experimenting with constructing some new plugs based on them to "prove" they are right and the Free Zone (who do have the full bridge) are wrong. He expects to thus prevent independents from coming to the Free Zone, and persuade Free Zoners to go to independents so that they can be easily monitored. So if you read of new "developments" - like the "Entity Generator" or the new triangle of "Supreme Being - Thetan Universe - MEST Universe", or the "Between Lives Implant" or the "NOTS GPMs" or the"Channeling of Great Masters" or the "Maldek Explosion 1 million years ago" as the source of NOTS BTS, or the "energy beam lift-off to the millions of Federation Ships waiting to take you off-planet" - or any invalidation of the importance of freeing completely all BTs, clusters, and MOCOs, THEN REALIZE IT IS JUST ANOTHER TRICK OR TRAP TO KEEP YOU OFF THE REAL BRIDGE. Run it as a super NOTS (Excalibur) plug or use PrPr 4, 5, 6 in difficult cases and you will find it was another OTHER-DETERMINED PLUG made perhaps very recently from very old, stored, trapped thetans, and it was "hatted" to do & be what its function is - by Xenu - (who is getting pretty desperate). It also may have been "proofed" against auditing because many Excalibur Solo Auditors have been auditing Xenu and putting Ethics in on him, and he has moved up from being a 3rd Party, SP, to aPTS thetan in Confusion. Keep on going, handle him on up through Treason and Enemy and Doubt and get him to do his Amends in Liability. His amends have not been done by him yet. When exiled, he was given the amends to dismantle the Pre-I Experimental Area in Andromeda. He didn't. (I finally ran it out and freed all the still trapped thetans there myself). He has other secret "reserves" in various Sectors, Galaxies and Games which he is now using for these new "Independent" Plugs. His current amends is to audit and free his implanter org executives and monitors - but as any Excal Auditor can tell you - we are still bypassing him and doing the job ourselves. So keep up the good work and we will rid the game of the other-determinism that has prevented thetans from enjoying it and going free, when they choose to do so. Once the other-determined case is gone (after Excalibur and OT LR), and the self-determined case is handled from OT 9-16 the OT will arrive at a state of CASELESSNESS and be fully able to pan-determinedly help in the completion of the games for others and the starting of new games based on EXPANSION rather than CONTRACTION. The first of these is already in progress. It's the Ethics, Tech, and Admin of Scientology, and you as C/Ses, Auditors, and Solo Auditors in the Free Zone are doing it!
