Introduction For New Readers Introduction to "Sector 9" for "un-initiated" readers This book is written by Bill Robertson, an American currently living in Germany. He is an engineer by education, and is also a renowned musical composer, and a public speaker. He was through a number of years a senior official of the Church of Scientology. He was a close friend and associate of it's founder L.Ron Hubbard. He worked in a variety of management capacities in the organization and was ranking as second in command in Hubbard's absence. He was captain on several of the ships that served as the floating head quarters for the group of elite Scientologists known as the Sea Organization. Since that time he has been known to most Scientologists exclusively as "Captain Bill". Robertson was unexpectedly expelled from the Scientology organization in 1980 during a time of severe internal power struggles. Unlike many other old-time members of the group that got expelled in the couple of years that followed, Robertson didn't just resign himself to the fact and find other interests. He started investigating what had happened to the organization, why it had completely changed character much to the worse, and who was behind it. What makes the findings of Robertson's investigations of interest for anybody outside the circles of Scientologists is the direction the trail was leading, and the implications it has to other philosophical, religious, new age, or political groups, or any other group for that matter. The evidence led to the discovery of the apparently successful covert attempt to infiltrate the church by government agencies, most notably the FBI. And when strings were further pulled the trail led to computer monitored world control scenarios orchestrated by international banking circles. And then the takeover of Scientology was suddenly just a small piece of a big puzzle. The shocking revelation is that the inner circle of the control groups are not from this planet, but apparently from the Marcab system close to the North Star. The story is put into a bigger framework with data about the existing political structure of this galaxy and what is actually going on. The title of the book, Sector 9, refers to the part of the galaxy that our solar system and surrounding stars are part of. Note that the information is presented with the existence and recall of past lives and the practicality of telepathy taken for granted. Those abilities are commonly addressed and attained through Scientology techniques. If you will bear with the somewhat clandestine terminology (there is a glossary) and maybe unfamiliar implications, the book will supply you with an important reference point to other data about conspiracies, one-world control, UFOs, aliens, etc. The name Astar Paramegian used in the book is an alias for Bill Robertson.
