The Basic Tendency of Life 4 MARCH 1990 Axiom 1 of Excalibur: Life always tends to organize. Life always tends toward a state of organization. It is a natural tendency. From the chickens in the barnyard ("pecking order") to galactic federations, from the cells of a body to the street gangs of L.A., there is always a thrust towards some type of organization. This is a survival mechanism. No matter how sane or crazy, life organizes itself. This is a natural and normal state of affairs. So it is with Clusters and Entity Beings. They organize. Axiom 2 of Excalibur: Life seeks to hold a position in space. Axiom 3 of Excalibur: All life is seeking to survive. Axiom 4 of Excalibur: It is more survival to be organized than to not be organized. Axiom 5 of Excalibur: Organization promotes survival. Axiom 6 of Excalibur: Life brings order to MEST by organizing it. Axiom 7 of Excalibur: Life organizes itself. Axiom 8 of Excalibur: An insane or aberrated organization is adopted in preference to no organization at all. |
