Thanks for the posting of this very vital piece of work
by LRH.

The Anti-Social Personality and the Social Personality have
previously been posted by Church members.

It is important that people have the ACTUAL material to
evaluate when making their judgement about the Church and
LRH.

LRH often used Policy ltrs to describe himself and his
organization.

Any reader who analyzes the "Anti-Social Personality" will
find that LRH was actually describing himself. His personal
life and personality traits fits the profile of the "Anti-
Social Personality (SP) like a glove.

The 3rd Party Law is a classic illustration of the function
of his ultra-secret group, The Guardian's Office/Office of
Special Affairs (OSA).

OSA has become a Master 3rd Party organization, staffed by
classic Anti-Social Personalities.

Another very classic policy ltr which relates to Hubbard's
3rd party law is "The Criminal Mind" 30 Sep 81, some which
is quoted here:

"There is a datum of value in detecting overts and witholds
in criminal individuals.

THE CRIMINAL ACCUSES OTHERS OF THINGS WHICH HE HIMSELF IS
DOING."

(Hubbard selected out psychiatrists and a myriad of other
"SP" groups, rather then confront the criminal activity he
and his 3rd party group was involved in)

THE CRIMINAL MIND RELENTLESSLY SEEKS TO DESTROY ANYONE IT
IMAGINES MIGHT EXPOSE IT."

(The CofS is indeed relentless in this area, pursuing
frivilous lawsuits and harassment of newspapers,
journalists, and former Church members who have attempted
to expose the criminal activities of OSA and other front
groups.)

INDIVIDUALS WITH CRIMINAL MINDS TEND TO BAND TOGETHER SINCE
THE PRESENCE OF OTHER CRIMINALS ABOUT THEM TENDS TO PROVE
THEIR OWN DISTORTED IDEAS OF MAN IN GENERAL."

(LRH filled the OSA with individuals like this. THe
mainstream Church member is a decent but gullible person.
One could say that the average Church member is "PTS" to
the leadership in his Church. David Miscavige surrounds
himself with criminal minds to re-enforce his distorted
view of the world of "Wogs", "SPs" and "Squirrels" and
justify the oppressive tactics the CofS uses.)

Thus we have another datum:

THE CRIMINAL, NO MATTER WHAT HARM HE IS DOING TO OTHERS,
IS ALSO SEEKING TO DESTROY HIMSELF. HE IS IN PROTEST
AGAINST HIS OWN SURVIVAL."

(This very appropiately describes LRH in his later years.
He and his organization were continuously violating tax
laws and common decency standards in their actions against
their many imaginary enemies. LRH is gone, but his
successors continue on the path of self-destruction that
he laid out for them.)

Like someone said "LRH taught best what HE most needed to
learn".
