Recently Hans Kellerer of Germany, has put up a website in a poor attempt to discredit the Free Zone Association. It's named of all things, "Truth About The Free Zone". It appears the website is authorized by OSA and the current church management, which is headed by David Miscavige. The website is broken up into 4 categories: Introduction While reading the website please keep the following -facts- in mind: Hans Kellerer, infiltrated the Free Zone under false pretenses in 1984. Hans Kellerer wanted to wear the hat of ethics officer and since he had held that position while being in the GO in Germany, he was given that post. It was Hans Kellerer, the church mole, that declared Bill Robertson "PTS Type III". After doing this deed, Hans went back to his church. Concerning Bernd Luebeck and the CSW [Completed Staff Work] incident: The time was the end of 1982. Due to the newly installed RTC, the Finance Police, a strong arm unit of the RTC [working under the command of the Finance Dictator, Wendel Reynolds and David Miscavige, the head of the RTC, came to the Munich Org toward the end of 1982. As was the norm at that time, staff on finance lines had to have their O/Ws pulled. Bernd was put in session for 5 days. Bernd and 5 other staff from his department were kept in the nursery of the org while being guarded by staff which had been pulled over from the Copenhagen Org. After Bernd was through getting all his O/Ws pulled and was checked by the Finance Police examiner and found to be F/Ning, it seems that wasn't proof enough for the Finance Police. Bernd was then taken to a room for further interviews. Bernd was shown a Policy Letter or HCOB saying in essence that 'people who have overts might also have implants'. Bernd's ordeal really started to unfold at this point. This time he was taken by two people, one operating the e-meter and the other shouting questions, all the while shining a bright light into his eyes. Additionally the Mission Ops of the Finance Police, Mathias Patell, came into the room and shot pictures of Bernd with a Polaroid camera. Bernd had attained the state of Clear, but that didn't stop the two (so called) auditors from running R3R on him for days in an attempt to find implants they insisted he had. I think if I would have gone through this ordeal, I may have sworn to anything just to have it stop so I could go home. After this incident Bernd went off lines at his Org. Sometime later Bernd was contacted by the Munich Org in hopes of getting him back on lines. He was told that the actions of the Finance Police were declared to be suppressive and that Wendel Reynolds [Finance Dictator] had been removed from post. Needless to say, Bernd didn't go back. It took Bernd a couple years to overcome the mental anguish which was caused by the above actions of the current church management. He went through ups and downs as he worked through the confusion most ex-members experience. Now, after all these years have gone by with not one word from the current church management, Bernd recently received a letter from a church attorney demanding payment of the monies mentioned in the C.S.W Hans Kellerer has posted on his website. Of course it's the same story told over and over....the current church management attempts to silence its critics by ruining them financially.
