No, far from it. The people in the Freezone, in the wider useage vary in their
beliefs quite considerably.

The FZ that Bill started follows LRH tech up through OT3. Bill maintained that
NOTs, as run in the CofS, was incomplete.

While the German FZ follows Bill's tech lineup fairly closely there seemed from
my conversations to be quite a variance in the degree to which people accept the
cosmology and the conspiracy theories.

Personally I prefer an approach to the tech that involves as little
indoctrination of cosmology as possible.
