Why don't you read Old Timer's postings all the way to the bottom of the
page.  She signs these:

   "for
    The Board of Directors
    of the
    Freie Zone e.V. (Free Zone Association)

One definition of the word "for" is "as the representative of."  If she
is signing herself "for" it means "on behalf of."
