Good Morning:


  As some of you may have noticed, there has been a bit of
re-organization in the FZAO's. Simply put, as Ed Int, I fired Ralph, he put
up a new chat board, and asserted that he fired me. However, I have not gone
anywhere. Some were in a bit more agreement with Ralph than with me, and
those folks will now form the backbone of the fzaoint group.


  Since it has been my intention all along to simply go about my
business of auditing and training people who want it, rather than cause any
enturbulation, I decided to form a new organization, the Operating Thetan
Advanced Orgs World Wide. OTAOWW, for short.


 I saw that a fight over who owned what or why would be no good for
anyone. In the beginning, I wanted to name the orgs the FZAO's, but caught
quite a bit of flak from some that resented my arrogant assumption of
control of the Free Zone. :)  That was not my intention in the first place,
so I had no trouble at all naming the organization the FZAOLA. One thing led
to another, and the FZAO'S Int grew and expanded.   BB proably is the best
known, he seemed to tirelessly promote with links and successes. :)


  So, rather than muddy the waters, I simply will turn over the ED FZAO
INT hat to someone who wants it, within the framework of the FZAO's.  No big
deal. The very name of Free Zone AO's was limiting in the first place.


  And, I reorganize as OTAOWW.  Sort of follows the realities of the
situation. With orgs in many countries, it needs a more descriptive heading.
Also, the free zone itself, is a bit of a limited reach.  There are many
people in the world who could gain with Scientology, and I consider them all
potential publics, including the COS itself.


   Therefore, most of the com lines, personel, and assets that I
controlled as FZAO'S ED Int will be orderly transfered to the new
organization. The FZAOLA will be merged with the AOWW organization.


   Ralph will have the FZAO's name, and his supporters, and I hope the
organization florshises and prospers. Even though I was and am Founder, I no
longer find it optimum to continue with the current name.


    Meanwhile, the OTAO's continue along the purpose line unabated.


    We have a score of domains, and a rather extensive internet
potential presence. Much work needs to be done, and helping hands are gladly
welcomed. The new board will be set up and hosted on the new
http://freezoneamerica.org/  The main page for the OTAO's for now will be at
http://operatingthetan.net/  There will be an open chat forum with OT hosts
where anyone can ask questions, or find out how they can accomplish thier
next steps, or just to hang out and have a bit of fun.


   For example the FZAOINT board was a closed group. You had to apply
for membership, and I believe a great number of people were denied
information because of this. The OTAO's board will accept anyone as a
member, anon or not, and confidential and secure lists will also be
available off the main talk channel for those actually arriving at various
organizations wishing to continue the bridge.


  As it is set up, we will establish guide lines for the posting group,
and so forth. Bright new day, indeed!


 We have organizations in many countries, all dedicated to applying LRH
technology as quickly and efficiently as possible to those who wish it. Our
emphasis is upon delivery, and establishing stable points where those who
wish it may progress up the bridge in peace and harmony.
