Hello,

 I'm very happy - proud even - to announce the release of a third tape in
my 5 part video "CONSULTANT SERIES". This tape is entitled "Revitalise Their
Life" and joins "Start Them Right" released in Nov 95 and "Visualise Their
Life", released in Feb 96.

THE CONSULTANT SERIES is the result of 3 years of planning and sweat backed up
by 30 years of experience (this lifetime) and is the first product of my current
endevour to release useful 'hands on' tech in a modern format. They use
interesting and effective presentation techniques to get the message across,
with the maximum of clarity in the minimum of time.

THE CONSULTANT SERIES, which is subtitled "Success with New People" is intended
for those who have had some (or even a lot) of auditor/consultant training and
wish to open (or expand) a practice that is mainly dealing with new public
clients. But old timers will also learn some very interesting new techniques
specifically aimed at solving new public case situations.

My name is Allen Wright  and I have been a student of LRH material for over
thirty years, and a full time professional teacher and auditor for the last ten.
Australian based, I named our group "The Excalibur Program" to get away from any
possible CoS conflicts and it's been successful for us. We also became closely
associated with a large seminar delivery group and had the unique situation of
often having more new public clients for clearing work than we knew what to do
with! Hence we had to develop new effective systems and procedures to handle
them as clients, and to teach the keenest ones how to audit and open their own
practices.

With it all running rather well, three years ago I moved from Australia to
Europe to be closer to my peers in this subject, and once away from the day to
day bussel of intensive delivery, started The Video Project.

This is intended to bring our tech to a wider range of public. The video medium
and the use of modern super-learning techniques in a multi media style is a new
and exciting way of presenting this vital information.

I am currently completing a series of videos for counsellors and consultants of
all disciplines - which of course includes all auditors/clearing practitioners.

Called THE CONSULTANT SERIES, it is for both new and experienced
auditors/counsellors, and is based on what I found worked (and points out what
didn't) in starting and running my own consultant practice in Sydney, Australia
and in training others to start and successfully run theirs. As well as showing
selected traditional methods it includes several powerful new techniques I
developed especially to solve the case difficulties that were common amongst the
high powered 'new age' business types we were getting in our centers.

There are currently five titles in THE CONSULTANT SERIES:

Video #1 is called "START THEM RIGHT" and covers:

. Where and how to find clients that are already looking for personal
advancement
. Exactly what to say (and what NOT to say) to get them interested in your
work
. How to do their initial interview - with the questions supplied and
explanations as to why these questions have been chosen.
. How to analyse the results of the interview and write an accurate Case
Supervisor program for the client.
. What to do next, either a standard Excalibur Pgm using the supplied set of
procedures especially designed for new public, or one of the specialised
programs detailed in subsequent CONSULTANT SERIES videos.

Video #2 is called "VISUALISE THEIR LIFE" and covers the Life Map, a graphical
interview technique I developed to ensure the "tougher" new clients really
access and show you (and them) what is and has been going on in their life.
This, amongst other things allows a fast and accurate look and connection into
the case of the "social smiler" or the "hard outer shell" type - both of whom
are normally all torn up inside.

This Life Map technique is highly useful for counsellors of all styles and
levels of experience and this video gives full details of when and how to apply
it, and how to analyse the results to suggest a clear direction in your work
with the client.

Video #3 is called "STABILISE THEIR LIFE" and looks at a key cause of illness,
accidents and other things that make a person more victim than they would like
to be. This subject is variously known as 'PTS' or 'Anti-Social Personality'
amongst auditors and explains the hidden effects generated by the "less social"
in our population.

But this video takes a completely new look at this phenomena as it covers it
from both the "victim" and "responsibility" points of view, and gives full
instructions for a new, simple but effective handling for clients needing this
help. And from my experience, unfortunately some 70 to 90% of new people who
come to you will be affected this way and will require this type of handling
steps before they can make real progress on any personal growth program.

Video #4 is called "REVITALISE THEIR LIFE" and covers the practical use of new
research into Unacknowledged Goals and Failed Purposes. This data seems to be
unknown or at least overlooked in working with clients who in the past have done
well in life and should be still doing well - but are now low in power or less
enthused! Regular procedures often don't touch these cases but this video offers
new explanations based on fundamental basics for these phenomena, and again
gives effective step by step handlings.

Video #5 is called "ALIGN THEIR LIFE" and is a video presentation of an advanced
version of a technique variously called 'The Admin Scale', 'Synergistic Goals
Planning' or 'Dynamic Planning'. I've had a part in the latest developments of
this powerful technique and find it highly effective in enhancing a persons
energies and success.

This video clearly shows you how to:

. Find a clients overall Life Purpose, or if they don't have one - how to    set
one, or if what they have is inappropriate - how to change it so they    are
happy and empowered by it. 
. Align the various areas of their life so they synergise rather than
conflict.
. Set powerful enabling goals in each of these life areas.
. Using a proven procedure, get them moving on these goals!
. Set up an ongoing planning structure that ensures these goals are reached
and the clients overall life purpose is enriched and satisfied.

These video's are not intended to replace seminars or training's done with
"masters" but in the absence of such direct instruction, as a revision or as a
further point of view, they give clear detailed information with many examples
and the benefit of much 'hands on' experience in areas previously not well
covered in such clarity by other sources.

This Consultant Series has been filmed in Europe in my own video studio. Made
initially in English, German, French and other language versions are planned and
will be available according to interest. They are of course available in both
PAL (UK, Europe, Aust, NZ, HK, Singapore) and NTSC (USA, Canada, Japan) video
formats and included with the tapes will be all the relevant printed forms,
interview questions, processes and procedures etc..

These videos may become available individually, but they are intended as a set
as they tend to follow on from one to another and assume that the previous
information has been viewed. The price of THE CONSULTANT SERIES of five videos
reflects the time and involvement to make them but are inexpensive compared to
the more traditional ways of learning this technology.

I'm happy with what I'm doing and I hope you find it interesting. I'm sure these
videos will bring a benefit to your life and to those of your clients and
friends, and perhaps even help make this place a little happier and more fun for
all of us.
