I've been considering the matters of copyright, trademarks and so on.
It could well result in unnecessary conflicts and problems to
continue to use formats and trademarks that have been assigned to
others.

The ERL, as issued, is best not webbed on sites outside Russia as it
is very close to the 1978 original. It is unlikely that Church
officials will oppose its use as that would constitute an admission
that Super Power is available in the FZ. That issue was deliberately
not PGP signed.

Other earlier issues can be adjusted to the new format.

Future issues will be PGP signed using the following key:
