I got a PGP encrypted message today from LRH2/Revenius via remailers. The
signature seemed ok.

He said that he will not be able to post for a few days due to family
situations.

He asked that I act as his communicator as necessary to which I agreed.

Due to difficulties with remailers he can't set up an anonymous email
address as he wished.

He asked that Mike at FZA post all tech messages from the new list to a.c.t.
but that personal attacks etc. should not be forwarded.

In that way he can look at the posts without giving an email address which
might be traced.

He asked that Mike provide him with a way of posting to the new list by
posting an address that he could mail to through remailers. He asked that
you encrypt the address with his PGP key and post it on a.c.t.

He sent me the following to post:

he seems to understand PGP and encryption systems very well and that
I trust him to forward communications as necessary.

His tech stuff seems good and I appreciate his trust but I certainly don't
think he is LRH. I am willing to go along in view of his tech knowledge.
