Hi Everyone:

I have a magnificent win I'd like to share with you.

About three weeks ago, after I'd determined what was my Ultimate Positive
Set-up, wrote up the 3DH vision, determined all the hats I would need to
wear, and changed my work schedule so I could make it happen, I decided it
was time to take a break and watch an Alan tape. While searching the titles
(R and I have purchased all the tapes for all the courses) one absolutely
jumped out at me. It was entitled "Ownership and Responsibility."

Well obviously something got triggered, so I chose that one and started
watching it. I was only able to see half of it before having to leave for
work.

During that day I realized that I really didn't know what own, ownership,
and owning really meant. That sounded like a job for Clean Slate.

So the next morning, armed with my coded Clean Slate process and two
dictionaries, I began to get to the bottom of the concept of own. There
wasn't much charge on own, but when I looked at a synonym for it,
"possess", wow did that read. The process just took off from there.

I started out with the concept of own/possess, which evolved into the
ability to own/possess, which further evolved into the willingness to
own/possess.

What a wild ride, but it was worth it. So now I have some observations I'd
like to share with you. Please realize that these only reflect what I have
found to be true for me and my team.

Own/possess has Red Zone and Green Zone expressions:

The Green Zone expression is to so thoroughly permeate and understand the
concept, object or Being that I can create from their viewpoint. Also, I'm
so fully aware and can so fully perceive the concept, object or Being that I
can be it at any time.

The Red Zone expression is centered on control. There is no permeation, no
willingness to experience, there is only a deadly fear of the concept,
object or Being. That's why there is a need to control it. In the Red
Zone, ownership and possession form a container around the thing that must
not be experienced, and therefore I'm able to control it.

The next day I read a bulletin entitled "Power Splits" Connection Series 9
in which Alan stated that enforced games, ID's, Beingnesses, etc. curtail
the sovereignty of those Beings. I looked at that statement and realized
that that was the Red Zone expression of possess/ownership. When you Red
Zonely possess someone you curtail his or her sovereignty. When you Red
Zonely possess someone you enforce your vision onto theirs. I saw
immediately that this is how cults are formed.

In the next session, knowing the phases from the Process Basics bulletin, I
knew that there was still plenty of charge and precepts left. So I started
the Clean Slate process from the top.

This time I came upon an unpleasant sensation - the unpleasant sensation
of the curtailment of sovereignty.

I found that curtailment of sovereignty meant that I didn't allow a teammate
to own their role.

Upon further examination I found that there have been a
number of people whom I have not allowed to own their roles. (R. tells
me he very much appreciated this cognition. :-)) And because I had
curtailed others sovereignty, I was in desperate fear of having it returned
to me. With this cognition and apology to all involved, I no longer have
this fear and can more freely and completely work with others. This alone
will make me a much more successful teacher, mentor and coach. I'll allow
my students to own their roles and their wins, instead of creating for them
what I think should be there.

The next morning I found I had an expanded ability and a new level of
operation that needed to be celebrated. I found I had taken responsibility
for a larger game. I had stepped up and started to own the leadership
position for my team. My game had expanded exponentially!

In executing the Celebration of Wins Process.

I found that I had an expanded WILLINGNESS to be responsible,
an expanded ability to envision and an expanded ability
to project my visions for others to see.

Not to project my vision onto others, which is a Red Zone expression,
but to project my vision for others to perceive, to participate in, to agree
with and to add to, which is the Green Zone expression.

That was such an important realization for me, a whole new way of
operating, that I want to repeat it:

Not to project my vision onto others, which is a Red Zone expression,
but to project my vision for others to perceive, to participate in, to
agree with and to add to, which is the Green Zone expression.

This was a major paradigm shift for me - a whole new way of Being!

With the question "Connected to . . . what are you willing to be responsible
for?" I reaffirmed my willingness to allow others, including my teammates,
to own their roles. At that point I found the formula for creating a
powerful, cohesive team:

First comes the education, each team member must have the education
necessary to perform his or her role.

Next, the leader needs to supply the initial vision, the one that gets the
game started.

Then each team member chooses their role and, because of education, knows
how their role fits into the team.

Lastly, the leader must allow each team member to own his or her role.

The leader and team must create a safe space so that as ideas for changing
the vision, or how to implement the vision, come up each team member feels
safe enough to be able to propose those ideas to the leader and the team. I
can say that I now own how to create a powerful, cohesive team, and have
implemented it with my team.

I no longer compulsively have to have my vision and nothing else. A leader
or team member who compulsive must have their vision with no changes is
nothing but a cult master and saboteur. I found that I had destroyed my own
team because I compulsively had to have my vision with no changes.

At the next session I tackled Questions 10 and 11. Question 10 covers
dones, restraints and solutions to problems. I found that there is NOTHING,
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I should EVER be unwilling to be known as the source of.
As soon as that happens there are kepts, disconnections and the beginning of
case - the beginning of the end. One very large truth I found for my group
was that as long as the Beings in our group were creating effects from a
position of love, sharing, harmony and education, if unwanted effects were
produced at the receipt point, then it's up to the receipt point to deal
with the effects in their universe. I suspect this is a truth for all
groups.

Question 11 deals with responsibility. "Connected to . . . what would you
rather not be responsible for?" In the past I would've answered that I didn
't want to be responsible for all the negative things I could have created.
And I would've kept running that question until I was willing to be
responsible for everything, including the negative things I could have
created. This time though, without hesitation, I answered that there was
absolutely nothing I was not willing to be responsible for.

Talk about a paradigm shift!

Here I was willing to be responsible for, willing to own, willing to
be known as the source of, and willing to experience the effects
I create at the receipt point.

I was no longer holding off the negative.

I was willing to experience it and deal with it; willing to permeate
and own it. This was a phenomenal change!

With a realization like that, a wins celebration and Futures Alignment
was definitely in order.

I've now recovered the ability to really, truly help people. Now I'm
perfectly willing to trigger someone's case, cause them some discomfort and
get them to confront what they've been avoiding, in order to give them what
they want, which is to get better. I hadn't realized the tacit sabotage I
had been engaging in by being polite and nice and not wanting to upset
people too much. That's really Red Zone! That keeps them and me small and
unable. And it certainly doesn't help me fulfill my Ultimate Positive
Set-up. Now I demand of myself that I run a process for my clients to cause
indicators, no matter how uncomfortable they become and no matter how long
it takes, because we're both winners in the end.

One key truth I've found with my recent processing is that the WILLINGNESS
to have and use an ability is very important. You can have an ability and
you can have it powerfully, but until you're willing to use it and be
responsible for its effects, the ability means nothing.

It's amazing how the willingness to be responsible and willingness to own
unlocked all of these other abilities ? the ability to perceive, intend and
envision. As I become larger and more powerful I find that I'm willing to
be responsible and own more and more. Which only unlocks more of my areas
of non-permeation, which leads to more Presence, more power, more abilities,
more teammates ? just more.

Owning my role means playing the game I want to play and getting the results
I want to get.

Owning my clients means permeating their case so that I know what is the
next correct action for them.

Willingness to own means being able to choose to own or not, and choosing
who, what, etc. to own or not.

When you're willing to own, you're willing to allow others to own their
roles.

When you're willing to own, you're willing to own the effects you create on
your environment.

Because you'll have to own the effects you create, your communication,
intentions and visions are much more precise.

Because you'll have to own the effects created, you become more aware of the
all the possible effects and therefore hone your abilities to communicate,
intend and envision. They become much more explicit.

Owning seems to be a higher harmonic of responsibility.

One other thing I've recovered from this is that I no longer have mere
"teammates," we are now a very cohesive very powerful team of spiritual
Beings. Before we were individual spiritual Beings working together. Now
we have a oneness. Quite amazing how powerful, able and resourceful this
team is.
